Starting as a carpenter in Victoria, Alan transitioned into the mining sector in 1974, working with Hamersley Iron and mastering the operation of all types of heavy machinery. Today, he holds over 40 licenses and personally handles all training as a dedicated trainer, assessor, and WHES advisor.
